Let’s talk about a common scenario you may find yourself in – dealing with wilting lettuce or other leafy greens. No one wants to put that in a salad. So, if you open your fridge door and see a limp bunch of greens sitting in your produce drawer, what should you do? Just toss it away…along with your hard-earned money?

I hope you won’t! There are actually quite a few hacks you can use to revive that limp lifeless lettuce, depending on how severe its condition is at the time of discovery and when you hope to eat it.
