Are you feeling pretty weary and burdened these days? I get it. When we're constantly navigating chaotic thoughts, intrusive thoughts, a rollercoaster of emotions, doubts about our worth and identity, it takes a toll on our bodies and our souls.

In this 'Contemplative Thursday' episode, this is your time to practice being present with your body, your breath and with the rest God is inviting you into. Let this space be a time where you are curious, gentle and gracious with yourself. It can be so hard to unwind and switch from go-go-go to being present and slowing down, so don't beat yourself up if this feels uncomfortable and unfamiliar.
