March 20, 2020 is a good time to learn about family fitness at home, so I reached out to someone who knows more about this than anyone else I know–Enid Whittaker.

Enid worked alongside American fitness legend Bonnie Prudden for over 40 years teaching quality physical education and movement all over the world. She’s a wealth of information and makes exercise fun and engaging to all.
