Ron Jones & Eric Kenyon

My good friend and strength coach “GO TO” pro Eric Kenyon joins me again to reflect on our philosophy of fitness conditioning and “mind conditioning” to prepare, not exclusively for the coronavirus or any other particular emergency–but rather, to prepare for LIFE. Whatever life brings, being fit and healthy surely will not decrease your chances to navigate successfully and safely. Our philosophy of training, while ever developing, has basically remained constant for years and even decades…we are in this for LIFE as in duration–and above and beyond mere gym fitness.

We discuss how I look and teach K-6 Physical Education and how Eric trains his multi-generational clients in person or on-line. We also discuss huge ideas from the past and the wisdom it possesses for us as we move forward such as lessons on teamwork and mobilization from the U.S. WWII generation. Stay fit and HANG TOUGH!

Ron Jones, MS, Show Host, Historical Kinesiologist, Physical Educator
