Our bodies require a real incentive to make that 'change', which is so important to understand for any #polefitness goal.
I spoke with Alicia Archer on the #PoleAdventuresPodcast on the Effort Equation: Encouraging Your Mind & Body To Accept Change. As an instructor, she knows the best way to train is by combining specificity, effort, tracking and consistency.
And today we'll be honing in on the effort part of the equation, or rather how to present the incentive for our bodies to change.
