Caring for your pelvic floor and perineum after a vaginal birth.

If you’ve been listening to me for awhile, you will know that everything I do is helping you to be proactive, it is helping you to protect yourself from unwanted issues.

It’s about being on the front foot, rather than being reactive and treating things AFTER they’ve occurred.
