In this solo episode, Hannah shares some thoughts on the importance of allowing ourselves to experience life to the full. Sometimes we need to give ourselves permission to do the things we love, to create the time for things that bring us joy. And to be in them, in the moment, in our body, and not stuck in our heads.

Hannah also shares a story about showing more compassion towards her partner and the impact this had. Sometimes we can forget (for some reason!) to show compassion to those who are closest to us, holding them to a higher standard than other people. What happens when we consciously try to be more compassionate towards them?
