Have you ever felt like a fraud who could be exposed as a charlatan at any minute? Join Martin Short and Steve Martin (aka Chinchilla Nice Nice and Dunny Dunyel) as they delve into the phenomenon of imposter syndrome. Despite there being less than 150 published peer reviewed studies on the topic over the last 50 years, more than 60 million videos with #impostersyndrome have been viewed on Tik Tok and nearly 200k posts with that same hashtag have been made on the IG. Clearly imposter syndrome is an experience for many.

Chinchilla and Dunny explore the origins and history of imposter syndrome, summarize the known characteristics of the experience, outline the likely outcomes, and provide suggestions for reducing the effect if imposter syndrome has become detrimental. Chinchilla and Dunny also acknowledge moments of their own feelings of imposterism (is that a word? people may see us as imposters if they realize it's not).
