During meditation, our thoughts can easily distract and deter us from coming into full awareness and presence. Thoughts may nudge at you, for it is their way of saying, “pay attention to me”. Your thoughts have purpose and in attending to them, are more easily released. In this meditation, you will focus on befriending your thoughts, getting to know and accept them, so they may be released in due time.
