One of the most common topics that comes up with my clients is an inability to stop thinking about food. Whether it’s counting macros, obsessing over your next meal, or feeling shame about something you just ate, food can take up so much mental energy.

I get it. I’ve been there.

Today I’m here with six tried and true tips that will help you free yourself from constant food based thoughts. These are tips that have worked for me in my journey and have also been incredibly impactful with my health coaching clients.
