We were all deeply connected to our hunger and fullness signals as children, but many of us have lost communication with them along the way. Today, we’ll take the first step to reconnect to those cues! We’ll talk about subtle hunger cues to listen for, how to differentiate hunger signals from emotional cravings, and some concrete steps that you can take to reestablish communication.
