At its core, food is simply fuel for our bodies. But for so many of us, it doesn’t seem that easy. Whether it’s due to the effects of diet culture, family, or so many other things, our relationships with food often have the tendency to be confusing and fraught.

It’s my goal to help you find peace with food and your body, and one very important step on that journey is to identify your eating style. Today I’ll walk you through the four eating styles that I have seen through my work with hundreds of women. I hope this information helps you take your first steps toward food freedom!
