One of the most common questions I receive as a health coach is ‘Why do I eat when I’m not hungry?’

It’s such a common challenge, and it can be stemming from a few different places. Today, I’ll walk you through three different issues that might be causing this urge so that you can set yourself on a path to developing a healthier and more intuitive habit.
