In this episode, Erin explains what she does as a health, wellness and life coach. When we asked you if you knew what a coach was over on Instagram, half of you said you kind of understood, but weren't totally clear. Let's change that!

Erin's experience working with a life coach in her mid-twenties, changed the entire trajectory of her life. She began somatic healing work that helped her reduce anxiety and finally heal her relationship with food and her body. This newfound freedom allowed her the mental capacity and clarity to come up with the idea for the original Raw Beauty Talks interview series and the rest, as they say, is history!

Coaches provide strategies and perspectives to help you step into your highest potential. A good coach will provide the right structure, accountability and support to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

As a coach, Erin specifically focuses on these key areas;

  1. Helping you heal your relationship with food and your body through intuitive eating, mindfulness, habit change and mindset work.
  2. Anxiety reduction using evidence-based practices.
  3. Overcoming limiting beliefs and low self-esteem.
  4. Uncovering your purpose and stepping into alignment with your best self.
