In Episode 13 of the Red Beard Embodiment Podcast, host Alex Greene interviews Thu Nguyen, a somatic coach, TRE provider and founder of Nusqool.
Thu shares her inspiring journey from burnout to embodied healing and the transformative path she embarked on:
- With a background in engineering, Thu experienced burnout multiple times before discovering her true calling as a facilitator and trauma-informed coach. She delved into embodiment practices such as meditation, Qigong, and TRE, embracing the mind-body connection and finding joy amidst uncertainty.
- In the midst of the pandemic, Thu founded Nusqool, offering coaching, trauma-informed practices, and embodiment techniques to help individuals reconnect with their authentic selves.
- She also created a transformative course centered around the Internal Family Systems model. Thu envisions Nusqool as a space where individuals can access a diverse range of transformative practices and teachings, fostering inclusivity and community.
- She also discusses her involvement in gender reconciliation work, challenging her perceptions and deepening her understanding of gender-related struggles. Looking ahead, Thu plans to expand Nusqool into a four-season classroom, create a dedicated space through crowdfunding, and develop online workshops to reach a global audience.
Thu’s vision goes beyond providing workshops and programs; she aims to create a supportive and inclusive community where individuals can navigate their personal healing journeys and create positive change in their lives and the world.
