I’m your host Dr. Alex Swenson-Ridley, and I’m on a mission to help heart centered women leaders and entrepreneurs called to serve the world in a big way alter their experience from one of sacrifice and burnout to unadulterated joy and freedom.

If we haven’t met yet, I’m a formerly burnt out chiropractor and 7 figure practice owner known for setting figurative fire to the business that at the height of it’s success became like a prison to me. I learned a lot of hard lessons in the process, including healing from an eventual bankruptcy with that practice as the universe tried to get me to pay attention, layers of trauma from the career and business I was supposed to love, and hitting a rock bottom that ultimately led me to embark on a deep healing journey.

On the other side I found my ability to RISE into an even more powerful and connected version of myself.

I also learned I am not alone in my experience, and Reimagined was born as the show to support other amazing women going through their own uncomfortable growth edges.

Here we give you the inspiration and permission to break all the rules, tap into your intuition, zone of genius and creativity to give you the confidence to do things differently. Reimagined isn’t just a podcast, it’s also the launching point of a movement I refer to as the RISE.
