Mark Allen, known as "The Grip," is a legendary American triathlete who reigned supreme in the sport during the late 1980s and 1990s. Renowned for his six consecutive Ironman World Championship titles from 1989 to 1995, Allen showcased extraordinary endurance, mental fortitude, and skill across swimming, biking, and running.
