3) dont do things that dont fulfill you

6) put yourself in uncomfortable situations now and again (for personal growth)

1. Everything represents your integrity. Don't let the little things slip, stay in integrity with your word and with yourself.
2. Value yourself and others will value you.
3. Dive in, full force, and trust yourself. Scary things won't get less scary (or logical, sometimes) such as starting your biz, or following your dreams, setting huge goals, or starting a family but that doesn't mean you shouldn't go full into it, and trust yourself to rise to the challenges.
4. Eat enough to fuel your life. Eat enough whole foods to make your body feel good, eat enough of your cravings to make your emotional head feel good, and notice when something feels bad/good then be willing to adjust.
5. Be loved. You deserve your friends love, you deserve folks admiration, you deserve your lovers adoration, you are worth everything everyone around you thinks you're worth. Unless they treat you like poop, then delete them out of your life.
6. Have a small list of folks that matter. Then STRICTLY live by only allowing what they say or criticize matter. All the online haters? Not on the list. Oh and you CAN just delete negative comments or messages then forget about them.
7. Recognize what you need, and give yourself permission to do what you need.
