I loved chatting with my sister, Claire, an amazing GP and the person responsible for helping me to become a coach! I owe her a lot.
We've both struggled at different times with some of our eating habits and had weight we wanted to lose and together found so much power, freedom and RESULTS with coaching strategies. I thought she would be a great person for you to hear from.
