Listening to each vulnerable share underscored the human condition in how WE get in our own way— through our internal dialogue, our habitual patterns, our self-aggressive thoughts, our limiting beliefs, and our fears. It is clear that upgrading our relationship to ourselves (our thoughts about ourselves, how we talk to ourselves, and how we unconditionally love ourselves) is where we can reclaim our greatest power. The way we narrate our lives shapes what our lives become. When we turn this conversation to food and body, most of us know how complex this can get.
