Somatic therapist Zahara Jade has been through it all. Before an Eat Pray Love moment and near-death experience in her twenties, she had a rare autoimmune disease and an abusive childhood. It’s clear that helping the rest of us heal from trauma is her calling. And we have all experienced some form of trauma. According to Zahara it’s likely presenting itself now, as we process the collective trauma that is 2020. We’re going to start peeling back those layers in this episode.
