Anxiety and ADHD can show up in your life in some really sneaky ways.

You might be walking around seeing the world through the filter of anxiety and not even realize how it affects your mood, your relationships, even your work.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, I decided to revisit and expand upon my written post on the subject.

In this episode you'll hear:

-Several examples of how ADHD and anxiety show up in my life

-The connection between anxiety and hypersensitivity

-Perfectionism

-Negative ruminations

-Avoidant behaviors that signal anxiety

-Fear of negative feedback

I also explain my theory on, "future tripping" and why dwelling too much on the past OR the future can also increase our anxiety.
