What is CFS School? In today’s episode, Jennifer Mann shares with us her own healing journey with CFS and how she is now using that journey to help others. Jenn is the co-founder of CFS school, which is a school focused on the mind-body connection to help people heal from chronic pain, fatigue, long covid, POTTS, and fibromyalgia conditions that, there are no good solutions for within the medical system.

Jenn was training to be a physiotherapist herself when she became bedbound with all sorts of ‘unexplained’ symptoms. She was told this was her new reality by medical specialists and colleagues. It was then she took matters into her own hands.

It was on her own healing journey she found what connected her symptoms, and indeed held the key to a full recovery. For Jenn, that was recognizing and working with the nervous system. She has now developed a 12-week program that has gone on to help hundreds if not thousands of people with mind-body health conditions.

Listen in as Jenn and I talk about her battle with chronic illness, her healing journey, and how she can help others heal through the mind-body connection. Jenn takes us on a deep dive into the mind-body connection and chronic illness, you won’t want to miss out!
