Natasha de Grunwald has been connected to the well-being space for over 40 years, as a certified breathwork facilitator, mentor, and founder of the toxic released method. It's this methodology that I really want to talk to her about today.

Natasha first got into breathwork when her dad passed away 4 years ago. She found breathwork and through that practice was able to connect deeply to her grief. Natasha was able to connect her breath not only with her dad in his last breaths but also with how he gave her breath in his life. Through this profound experience, Natasha developed a love for breath work and has since created the Toxic Release Method. The Toxic Release Method is an integration of us as a whole. Natasha connects the mind body and soul when working to untangle deep issues and pains for clients.

Listen in as Natasha and I discuss the profound power of breathwork, how to breathe properly daily, and how the Toxic Release Method can help you.
