There is a reason mindfulness is such a buzz word. Why? Because when we start to become more mindful in our daily existence, we experience more focus, more peace, more happiness and leave behind the constant hum of overwhelm and stress.

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed or battling negative emotions, bringing awareness to our minds and bodies allows us to become the observer to the ways we remain stuck in our past conditioning. We can create change in our brains and our lives by paying attention to our thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are running on autopilot subconsciously.
