Ryan Allen went from working in a small jewelry shop while looking to get placed as a full time fire fighter in South Florida, to seeing a need in the industry. Ryan noticed internet sales were up in his space, but brick and mortar were closing. He then set out to create a online market place connecting jewelers and customers in a transparent and fair fashion, where Jewelers can scale their business online and customers get the best custom quality pieces...all while still working this job as a firefighter.
What I love most about interviewing and hearing his story, was how he executed on his vision. This is a great inspiring story for anyone who has a dream of turning a side hustle into their dream career.
