Recently, they released a damning investigation into two industrial dairy farms outside of Phoenix, Arizona supplying milk to Coca-Cola’s Fairlife brand. What they uncovered was systemic animal abuse, environmental violations, and a devastating betrayal of consumer trust. While Fairlife markets its products as being sourced "humanely," ARM’s footage tells a very different story—one of suffering, abuse, and corporate complicity. Despite the evidence, this story has been largely ignored by mainstream media—likely due to Coca-Cola’s massive influence and advertising dollars.…

We talk about the popular Cycle Syncing method to help balance hormones and support women throughout each phase of the menstrual cycle. The truth is, the majority of women were not taught the very basics of how we as women are cyclical beings who are nourished very differently at different points in our cycle. HELLO ALMOST HEALED FAM! We’re so excited to launch our first full episode and share a bit about both of our journeys that led us to the point of starting a wellness podcast together! In this episode, you’ll learn how Remy has naturally healed through so many physical symptoms - from asthma to chronic headaches, PCOS symptoms, hormonal acne, anxiety, low energy, allergies, and more. She explains how her ability to help heal herself through nutrition has inspired her to become a Holistic Health Coach to help those with similar struggles. We also dive into Lauren’s path from growing up on the SAD (Standard American Diet 😂) to becoming certified as an Integrative Health Coach and the spiritual & mental health journey it set in motion for her. She explains how the darkest period of her life led to subconscious breakthroughs that completely transformed the way she lives her everyday life. She touches on her training as a Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapist and EFT tapping practitioner and how subconscious work/mental health are now at the forefront of her personal and work life. We discuss our current battles with hormone health issues - PCOS and PMDD - and how we are working through them using both nutrition and mental health techniques.
