Connecting with your desires can be challenging when you don't give yourself permission to feel pleasure and goodness in your life. You might find yourself justifying having desires at all or putting them on the back burner because allowing yourself to dream feels scary, vulnerable, or even impossible.

But the truth is, your desires deserve attention and do not need to be justified.

In this episode, I’m sharing a transmission on exploring our connection to desire, how we block ourselves from receiving its magic, and how you can embrace this next level as you allow yourself to dream and explore more of what you really want for your life.

I dive into:

  • Bringing attention to your desires & why this can feel so hard
  • Expanding your capacity for pleasure, visibility, intimacy, and more
  • The role of play in healing work and connecting to your desires
  • An exercise to help you tap into what your desires are
  • And more
