The temperatures here in the Northeast have been consistently in the 80's & 90's for about a month now, which isn't normal for us. So, I've really had to "up" my game when it comes to running in the heat. In this episode I'm sharing 6 simple strategies that will help you stay cool and avoid heat exhaustion (or worse, heat stroke!)
