In this episode Xavia, explains how even though she was busy with school and work she fell in love with exercise after taking Zumba and yoga classes. People were attracted by and inspired by her larger size and were encouraged to continue taking classes. She could barely hold the beginner yoga poses nor stretch and after a few months she was doing head stands. She continues to lose weight even after the birth of her son!
