Kevin Smith, best known for helming the Clerks trilogy and his Silent Bob persona, introduced The 4:30 Movie at the 2024 San Diego Comic-Con. The comedy set in the summer of 1986, features a star-studded cast including Justin Long and Rosario Dawson and follows three teens sneaking into R-rated movies, leading to comedic chaos. With Ken Jeong as a self-important theatre manager, the movie promises laughs and is a nostalgic nod to the '80s. Smith also announced a third Jay and Silent Bob film, Jay and Silent Bob: Store Wars, continuing the beloved stoner duo’s adventures.
