They all worked together to explain something I did not get---some people don't care about their name! WHAT!?

How I got back to film and not every single step, but first had to be TV and exposure to numbers, seasons/episodes and short stories to follow plot & character & determinate if a continuation or a new storyline every time. BASICS. The conversations thus after this will have a timestamp of origin (thanks to tech) in voice memos, mostly. As I relive this one more time, the last time, since I can write, think, hold a thought, compare/contrast, not have reverberating nerve pain, move without using my voice to ground self (avoid flashbacks) & flick away suicide. Send us a text I know exactly what I want to teach since I need THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY to end others' ptsd since writing samples didn't quite work, but that's what I know---in teaching. Get a baseline. Start tracking that growth & in advocacy, it is a systemic step-by-step way to be, knowing the science that CAN BE THE SAME, since we all have the same body! Yes, some systems don't work as well, so mindful implementation of interventions, accommodation & modifications, but perhaps I'm in EDUCATION circa 2018. 12 years in Education were pretty pretty pretty good to me. I will write the compositions HERE : Will be looking for anything with the color RED! Since I said it, so no one forgets it, just don't be like them. I didn't get it because I accept everyone is struggling with someone, our differences make ya quirky & unique, the best things to be, not the same as anyone for as far as the eye can see. Except in THIS SCENE. The behaviors connect them all, hear "connective thread" to specifically know what I mean. Send us a text Being in survival mode all the time, you notice any big or little differences. When this person who barely talks to me, had a phone conversation trying to gaslight me on the night previous when they ditched someone I knew long before I met them for the bullying---wow---the things said are in YouTube, bits-and-pieces and since ahead of that trauma (not reliving it in sensory) I will not explain it here, but if you find it, it's a doozy---also said out-of-the-blue the very thing repeated in this wedding circuits of bachelors and bachelorettes, I realized, that's what it's all about. THEY EXPLAINED IT & possibly why that person was sick & I was asked to join, but they lied---oh, we thought about it---we really want you to be part of it when I just knew someone got sick. Had nothing to do with me at all. Lying to face 2x. First time, the principal walking away from the question, "Where's the classroom for my students?" So that NON-RESPONSE is obviously a response. FENG is not the original closure cunt because they don't want closure---they want to see you trigger & for her, this professional, the weaker member of the NWMH staff imho was so bad, so basically exposed the entire system since she lied about attendance. Changed her mind---said nothing---when I said, "we already discussed this & was told I don't have to attend individualized theory to attend DBT/CBT" & now I'm told, there's been a policy change. What? Is that why you waited 2 months to get back to me so that your booty was covered? This is abuse NMWH. Why I used the F word---fraud. Now, onto the people who warned me, felt stuck in situations that were making their lives worse as they shared self-harming & I'm horrified. In addition, eating an entire jar of jam for food that day (what!?) & crocs (no socks) in winter were clues, hey! Help these people get proper substance & clothing, the basic needs & the response to one of the worst cutting stories ever & an individual sharing how a neighbor keeps making thunking sounds & it's driving her batty was the exact same words, tone & delivery "You did an excellent job describing. Next?" You think you'd at least try to respond as if you were listening & why I decided not to share the cuts & burns from fine motor, but instead cooked every day "to dampen" & not lose that skill as it was getting worse & how cooking for the homeless became the foundation for MY ADVOCACY. Send us a text First one is the Love Letter or Thank You Note to someone (or something) that helped you & the first composition is so SAY THANK YOU to those DURING THEIR WORST TO THOSE IN THEIR WORST MOMENTS. Without you, seeing how you think, the worst, I would not have believed it. For me, an advocate to assess a support system for people whether it be individuals in the ER after s/a, homeless who were the most at-risk population that I decided to help now walking to NWMH & the first people (after dogs) I said hello, too (first words that weren't me reporting to my doctors/specialists) or individuals with acute SI (suicidal inclinations) or addictions, TO SEE HOW THEY SEE IT WAS INVALUABLE. Take the shock out, but also why the words I hear most, "no one cares." When you say, "I care," how to make that concrete so it's felt & believed & able to relive? I have the solution. To make better memories over the worst ones, but only if that person has memories or if the trauma is so great, it truly is survival in the moments day-by-day. There are TWO GROUPS | the one who fake mental health & the ones who are definitely experiencing it (for real) & to know how to react to each, first assess WHO THEY ARE & WHAT IS IN THEIR HEART* *This is a person who I connected with, downloading What's App for the first time since there was a child with special needs (neuro-atypical in trouble) & I had to connect, but it was all to use me for... yea.. Send us a text For the reflection or paraphrase, summarize, recall what I just listened to or read & all I remember is DEI since it's diversity (good), equity (good), including (good & also my career). There's a lot in here, but most importantly I want to make sure Feb 8th, 2025 is the date that because I shared publicly (linked IN) what NWMH is doing/has done/will do, their notes go there so there is NO WAY TO CONTAIN PRIVATELY anymore & when you make a good decision, fear vanishes & you can get out of your house since visualizing how to get downtown has been hard for awhile now. I do not accept when s/v/p have to avoid when they don't want to. If easy to avoid, then go for it & what I've learned is I was avoiding people because of those earlier experiences & really put my trust in those my family knows & why I did find the exact place to be in given the experiences I had. The excuses this person used was "first time" or "my parents never taught me" & I can't stand that. Blaming your parents for everything. Where's the gratitude & if you didn't have the greatest parents, ok, just remember they are of a different generation (think about their childhoods from an even earlier generation--that is politics and the stories that are passed down) & they did give you insights on WHAT NEVER TO DO. All the advice I've given to people during these emotional moments I put into advocacy for s/v in the ER and without assault & a chronic pain body, I would not have been able to be in that space at all! Send us a text This morning I spent 2 hours creating a final video and have spent 20 hours or more listening to this, knowing it's 100% safe (no triggers are here) since the focus is a study guide. Something I know intrinsically & yet, struggled, but best to struggle with those that are SAFE who never even think to take advantage. This is PART ONE. Learning what I did about how to do this project if I have a clear objective : create a study guide, use this as the CONTAINER to hold "the good stuff" just in case it's so good, it reminds me of all the people who will suffer and continue to since that's suicide, too. What a world. I can already tel the emotion about this is gone, instead memories of the emotion as I watch & hear self since every time, I'm transported back to this moment under so much duress, I knew, it's happening again. The words "what's happening?" in some of these apps enough to transport. STOP. said this word twice. Nothing connected to that word so first time noticing a repetition without HER, the none who repeated herself to the point where, "wait, it's an act." You're ACTING. PLAYING DUH. BOY duh. GIRL duh. Now, WOMAN duh. Finally principal, duh. The worst since it's obvious they've done this before & why the question after the winter assembly was, "have you ever gone through this before." I said no. I was truthful and perhaps I should've said, YEA. I'm 100% AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO & NOW THAT IT'S DONE. YOU CAN'T UNDO IT & why the lesson is, never be in anyone's ptsd & why I work really hard every day ensuring others have an opportunity for one act of unconditional kindness to remove all the conditional kindness---yikes. Send us a text I didn't realize this till later, but several events I planned I did so fully focused on how to remove traumas I had heard accumulate over the years to be put away in one giant gesture to say, " I heard you by proving it." I'll be reliving the Rehearsal Dinner, the Wedding, a Birthday Party of a child with special needs & Baby Shower of my best friend to put EVERY EVENT ever intended into so based on true-life, but it's not exact since I'm teaching you how to remove it with the moments to listen & look for that are patterns to know, "oh, this person can't hear me." They're in an OPPOSITIONAL DEFIANT MODE (lite) where you can't say it's not everyone. These are the seed for ONEandDONE and the words "he doesn't talk to me" when they said nothing to 2x I witnessed.
