Hello and welcome to our very first episode of Solo & So Well!
On today's episode I'm going to spend just a couple minutes introducing myself, and then we are going to get straight to the goods! Have you already set some solid intention for 2024, or are you just flying by the seat of your pants? (what does that quote even mean? Sounds funny now that I'm taking the time to think about it and type it out...) Moving on! Or are you a New Years Resolution kinda gal? How's that going for you?
If your like most, new years resolutions just don't stick. It's not your fault - you were set up! And today, we are going to explore that! Let's compare intentions vs resolutions. I'm going to tell you why you should switch to setting an intention instead. And I'm going to walk you through exactly how to do it!
