襯年輕就要多嘗試，追尋自己嘅極限。許國安（小許）今年只得二十歲，極限未搵到，但就發掘咗自己多方面嘅潛能。除咗係十項全能賽青年組別嘅第三名，小許亦藉住自己喺中長距離跑步嘅優勢，積極投入訓練，同年第一次參加馬拉松已經Sub 3， 順利成為最年輕嘅萬金先生得主。要十二項運動都爭取到成績，事前準備一定要多下苦功，小許喺其中係點攞到平衡？最推動到小許求進步嘅一項因素，原來只係三個字？今集《又係我牛英》，一齊期待一位明日之星嘅誕生。
