Hey Sprinklers! Today I have a gem of a podcast recommendation from Nightvale Presents: IT MAKES A SOUND! Which is an incredibly upbeat and slightly sanguine (yeah I had to look the meaning of that word up) fictional tale that is so engaging and at the same time joyously uplifting! It stars the fantastically creative Jacquelyn Landgraf (Who also writes and co-directs the episodes).

Then I tell you about one of my all time favorite murder mystery shows of all time: THE KILLING. Which stars one of the best actresses on any size screen Mireille Enos (World War Z) and the immensely powerful acting of Joel Kinsman (Robocop/Suicide Squad). People have come back and thanked me for recommending this one. Beware it is very intense and touches on disturbing subject matter!!

And last but certainly not least, I have this week's Tasty-Treat-Sesation is the Australian styled yoghurt, NOOSA. Which comes in a variety of sizes and flavors. Creamy and delicious!! (They have citrus flavors including Pineapple, and Blood Orange!)

Tangents:

Alice Isn't Dead. Also from Night Vale Presents is my favorite of all their podcasts, about a female trucker played by Jasika Nicole (Fringe) in search of her missing wife. It's a little sci-fi a lot of fun.

The Family (Amazon, for purchase/rent only. Not on Prime) Staring Joan Allen (Nixon), Rupert Graves (A Room With a View), Andrew McCarthy (Pretty in Pink) starts out as a great thriller mystery but gets tied up in unseemly and unnecessary plot lines. Worth watching for the performances and if you can imagine what could have been a really good is he/isn't he an imposter show.
