For today’s episode from Dr. Jason Klop, we hear about his fifth step of Stepping into the Jungle: Change your Language. The words we use affect our experiences in either a positive or negative way! Dr. Klop challenges us to stop using the phrase “I can’t”, and to change the words you use to describe positive and negative experiences, which will in turn change the experience! More details on this step can be found in his free ebook: 8 Steps to Personal Transformation.

Some things you will learn:

  • Each word we use has a biochemical response in our body
  • Be conscious of the words you use-dull down the negatives and pump up the positives!
