What we believe to be true isn't always truth....actually most of the time it's a story that we've created in our head and repeated over and over again until we believed that it was truth.
If you want to make changes in your life you must find these beliefs and show yourself that they aren't true and create more empowering beliefs. I have had to do this time and time again as I pivoted from working full-time, to full-time entrepreneur to part-time employee and part-time entrepreneur.
I've recently made a change in my beliefs around food and exercise and I finally started eating better and losing weight that I've been carrying around for 5 years.
