There is no stress outside of thought.
I have clients who identify their jobs or relationships
or financial situations as stressful in and of themselves,
and they don't see right away that they are creating
and producing the stress themselves by the thoughts they
themselves are creating and believing.
It's always an inside game.
I have never seen this fact of human functioning better
described than it is here by George Pransky. I was introduced
to George Pransky years ago when my philosopher/hero
Colin Wilson declared him to be the greatest psychologist
of our time. I agree with Wilson.
So find 12 or 13 minutes that you can watch this in
