Sitting at a coffee shop today, I was asked by a gentleman what I do for a living. I replied an Integrative Nutrition Coach. He sat back and gave me a once over, saying "you, really". I know he was talking about my body and how I don't fit the mold of "health coach" because I am not a cover model for a fitness magazine. I held my tongue and responded with some education about body size and shape. You could see him get uncomfortable, as he understood what he had said and he thanked me for opening his eyes to the size issue.

When we get sucked in these "perfect" photoshop images of what we see as healthy we can get caught in sizes, measurements and the numbers on the scale and that no freaking way to live! In this podcast, I speak about what size means and towards the end of the episode I give you a solution of how to change your mindset with one simple shift in your day! It only takes 2 minutes to make self-confidence your jam!
