For episode 32 we welcome Dr. Kristen Mitteness to the Stronger Healthier Happier podcast!

Kristen earned her doctorate in chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. She is the sixth chiropractor in her family to graduate from there. She grew up in Morris, Minnesota, ran NCAA division II track and field in college and moved to Winnipeg in 2011, earning permanent residency in 2013.

​She has been with Lifemark Nature Park Way since 2017 where she also serves as the clinic director. She has additional training in prenatal, pediatrics and occupational health. Kristen also coaches at Undefeated Health and Performance and is currently teaching food courses on Skillshare. She is also the co-creator of the Do North Project, a Manitoba based travel blog.

​Her ultimate life goal is to inspire others to not only feel better, but function better through chiropractic, nutrition and self-care and is the perfect guest for our podcast.
