In this empowering interview, I spoke with attention coach Jeff Copper about his experiences overcoming dyslexia and ADHD to achieve success. Jeff shares the creative strategies he developed to work with his neurodiversity, from only reading the first sentence in paragraphs to dictating notes to a human transcription service. His personal journey proves that you can accomplish anything when you embrace your strengths instead of focusing on weaknesses.

Jeff is an attention coach who helps entrepreneurs and individuals with ADHD and attention issues improve their personal and business results. He recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the International ADHD Conference.

Timeline Summary:

[02:02] - Accidentally diagnosed with ADHD in his 30s after being diagnosed with dyslexia as a child.

[07:07] - Jeff started a podcast instead of writing when he launched his business because of his dyslexia.

[14:31] - Handwriting differences print or script to accommodate dyslexia.
