Today I speak with Nick Esemplare, a Physical Therapist who has a desire to help over 100,000 people understand that their body is resilient and it can do anything you ask of it. He knew he wanted to be a physical therapist in high school. As he got older the passion grew more and more. Now his practice Achieve Physical Therapy, is located inside a personal training studio and a gym where they specialize in helping powerlifters, bodybuilders and barbell athletes understand their resilient body and promote an ability to continue to train hard while working through injuries.
