Yuen Toh is a Clinical Pharmacist and a master of managing her portfolio career! As a Mum of two, Clinical Director, system equality leader, podcaster and soon to be GP Partner, she is spinning many plates but still strongly advocates for maintaining clear personal and professional boundaries to ensure we can be the best in each of the roles we hold.

We discussed:

  • How to manage portfolio working and setting boundaries
  • Choosing alignment of priorities and working with those who share the same values as you do
  • Yuen's purpose in supporting others
  • Her role as an equality and diversity and inclusion champion
  • What's in Yuen's toolkit of reflection
  • The importance of letting things go
  • Embracing imperfection

I would strongly encourage all of our Business of Healthcare listeners to check out The Imperfect Clinican podcast via the website here.

Yuen is contactable via LinkedIn here.
