In the episode, I am going to take you behind the scenes of how I plan my time for the next few weeks in my health care consultancy,

For the past 8 and half years, I have been running THC Primary Care providing interim management, consultancy, training and facilitation to Primary Care Networks & Clinical Commissioning groups which are now called Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)

Each week I look at my diary for the next 2 weeks, and I split my time in time in 5 broad areas.

1. Family commitments

2. Team

3. Client deliverables

4. Diary commitments

5. Brand building activities

When it comes to the tool we use,

We share our work priorities in Microsoft Team teams for clarity and transparency

We use Asana to store the progress of specific project tasks, and we also use Asana to manage our content schedule.

And I use my ipad and an app called good notes to manage my day to day tasks.
