The everyday and chronic stress we experience causes a physiological response in our body.
We release hormones like adrenaline and cortisol and are prompted into survival mode - fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.

In today’s episode, I’ve got five signs that you might be stuck in survival mode. Some of these signs can be subtle and most are fairly common.
