Today's podcast is different because we have a special guest who was one of our first listeners since the beginning of the Charro Azteca podcast. Gabriela Silonzochilt made the initiative to contact Conrado inquiring about a home loan. It was not an easy road to get approve for a home loan given that Gabriela had just purchased a house recently. With all the obstacles that were thrown at Gabriela with the escrow, finding a house, covid-19, Gabriela still maintain her focus on her goals along with her husband. After 1 year of searching for a home, Gabriela and her husband finally were able to walk into their new home which they would use the second property to generate income turning it into an ADU.
