This breathing exercise is so effective at reducing anxiety and panic, it's the only one I teach.
It's helpeds hundred of my clients break free from anxiety and panic to feel calmer and more in control of their daily lives.
But it's not just great for relieving anxiety. When practised as part of a daily routine, it can help improve mood, boost confidence and resilience and help you feel ready for the day ahead.
