On this episode of the Dr. Tyna Show, we’re gonna be talking about stretching, mobility and how to become more flexible. As a 50 year old woman, I have noted that I have gotten significantly stiffer over the years. While we like to think you can stretch it all away, I also know that there is more to it than that. There are nutritional issues, hormonal issues, and all of these play together. Today I’ll wrap it all into one episode and give you my best thoughts, and hopefully it helps!
