Hello, beautiful listeners. I am Pascale Gibon, your host. In episode 345 of the Everyday Life Balance Show, I am so thrilled to announce the celebration this week of the 7th anniversary of The Everyday Life Balance Show. It is an honour to lead this show and celebrate with you every week the joy of designing our lives to achieve peace, joy and fulfilment. Thank you so much for tuning in weekly, subscribing and leaving your comments.

In this episode, we will dive into honouring our field of dreams. I intend to inspire you to pursue and accomplish your dreams to feel fulfilled. You will learn in this episode how to deepen your vision for your life, strengthen your belief in your ability to start again and get results. Your fulfilment awaits full expression.

Life is beautiful, and one of those beauties is the opportunity to design our lives and reinvent ourselves at will. We all have ideals; however, there is a gap between those who follow their ideals and those who do not. Those who succeed at living their ideals have a clear vision and follow specific steps to get there. They do not assume it will happen overnight, though they believe strongly it will come true.

Today, we will explore how you can start bridging that gap and move towards living your ideal life. Perhaps you aspire to transition to live your best life and turn your dreams into reality. If so, start by creating a clear vision of what your life will look like. What makes it ideal, and why do you want it?

Now that you have a vision of your ideal life, let us dive into a practical process to help you realise your vision.

  • Project yourself into the future one year from now.
  • Imagine you are living your ideal life.
  • Write down on paper what has happened for you to succeed. What steps did you take to get to where you are one year from now?

This Future Pace Visioning Process projects you into the future, where you have changed your results and accomplished your dream. It allows you to identify the steps you took to succeed. It is enlightening to envision yourself in the future as if your dreams have already come true. You act with this vision in mind. The Future Pace Visioning Process gives you a roadmap to accomplish your goal.

Albert Einstein said that imagination is more powerful than knowledge. This principle highlights the necessity of vividly visualising what you want to accelerate the manifestation process.

For example, I manifested the flat I live in. I wanted a flat with external space, a fireplace and high ceilings. Can you believe that a flat with high ceilings, a balcony, and two fireplaces is what I found? Visualisation is so powerful. To clarify, when I approached the estate agents to buy my property, I already knew what I was looking for, which shortened the process. There is a saying that you know when you have found the right home to live in. I knew I had found the right flat because it met all my criteria.

Spending more time visualising what we want and setting specific goals and intentions to improve our lives is necessary. However, this process is not always straightforward. Sometimes, we do not know what we want or where to start. In other instances, our limiting beliefs, which often manifest as deeply ingrained thoughts that negatively impact our perception of what we can achieve, such as “I’m not good enough,” “I can’t succeed in this,” or I don’t deserve success,” stop us from thinking big, progressing, experiencing success outside of our comfort zone and reaching our full potential.

A practical tool to overthrow your limiting beliefs is to change your perspective into one that is empowering and positive. For instance, if you feel like you can not cope with something because of fear, you can replace negative thoughts with more positive and empowering ones rather than succumbing to powerlessness. For example, you might ask yourself, "How can I overcome this?" to generate new empowering ideas.

To help us overcome these challenges, we can turn to expert guidance. According to Mary Morrissey, the author of “Building Your Field Of Dreams,” there are four areas where we usually create results or experience improvements:

  1. Our health and well-being
  2. Relationships
  3. Career
  4. Time and money freedom

Let us discover how you can assess and improve these areas of your life.

An alternative is to consider all seven areas of your life: your health, finances, career, relationships, spirituality, contribution and fun time.

Rating each area on a scale of 1 to 10 helps you assess whether you have poor or excellent results in each area, with 1 being poor and 10 being excellent. For example, if your result related to your career is 3/10, it is an area of your life you need to start working on improving.

  • In the areas where you experience poor results, what would you love for these areas to be 10/10?

Another process is to focus on the most challenging area of your life. For instance, let us take your health. If your result in that area is 3/10, what would make it a 10? In other words, what are the small and significant improvements you need to make each day to improve your health and shift from 3/10 to 10/10? It is the significant daily improvements that will make a difference.

  • Regarding your health, the small and significant improvements could be looking at improving your diet, observing how your body responds to certain foods, balancing your energy, allowing some quality rest time, checking your level of fitness, and seeking the help of a personal trainer to improve your flexibility, strength and fitness. Taking the stairs instead of the escalator, cycling or walking instead of driving your car all the time, etc.

Now that you have a specific area of your life you desire to improve, let us do a future pace visioning exercise.

  • Let us say that your dream is to improve your health because it is a challenging area.
  • Imagine a future version of yourself projecting into the future, one year from now, who has already accomplished your ideal state of health.
    • What do you see?
    • How do you feel?
  • Ask your future self: “What did I do to get healthy?”

Living your ideal life by improving the quality of your life is a choice. Living this way means not sticking to the status quo and being willing to do whatever it takes to make your dreams come true. There is no quick fix. With determination and perseverance, you can achieve your goals.

Wayne Dyer said that many individuals die with their music still in them. The main reason is that they have not acted on their dreams. If you have given up on your dreams, it is ok to start again. Make a fresh start and fulfil your ideal life!

Those who succeed at living their ideals have a clear vision and follow specific steps to get there. They do not assume it will happen overnight, though they believe strongly it will come true.

Today, we will explore how you can start bridging that gap and move towards living your ideal life. Perhaps you aspire to transition to live your best life and turn your dreams into reality. If so, start by creating a clear vision of what your life will look like. What makes it ideal, and why do you want it?

Now that you have a vision of your ideal life, let us dive into a practical process to help you realise your vision.

  • Project yourself into the future one year from now.
  • Imagine you are living your ideal life.
  • Write down on paper what has happened for you to succeed. What steps did you take to get to where you are one year from now?

This Future Pace Visioning Process projects you into the future, where you have changed your results and accomplished your dream. It allows you to identify the steps you took to succeed. It is enlightening to envision yourself in the future as if your dreams have already come true. You act with this vision in mind. The Future Pace Visioning Process gives you a roadmap to accomplish your goal.

Albert Einstein said that imagination is more powerful than knowledge. This principle highlights the necessity of vividly visualising what you want to accelerate the manifestation process.

For example, I manifested the flat I live in. I wanted a flat with external space, a fireplace and high ceilings. Can you believe that a flat with high ceilings, a balcony, and two fireplaces is what I found? Visualisation is so powerful. To clarify, when I approached the estate agents to buy my property, I already knew what I was looking for, which shortened the process. There is a saying that you know when you have found the right home to live in. I knew I had found the right flat because it met all my criteria.

Spending more time visualising what we want and setting specific goals and intentions to improve our lives is necessary. However, this process is not always straightforward. Sometimes, we do not know what we want or where to start. In other instances, our limiting beliefs, which often manifest as deeply ingrained thoughts that negatively impact our perception of what we can achieve, such as “I’m not good enough,” “I can’t succeed in this,” or I don’t deserve success,” stop us from thinking big, progressing, experiencing success outside of our comfort zone and reaching our full potential.

A practical tool to overthrow your limiting beliefs is to change your perspective into one that is empowering and positive. For instance, if you feel like you can not cope with something because of fear, you can replace negative thoughts with more positive and empowering ones rather than succumbing to powerlessness. For example, you might ask yourself, "How can I overcome this?" to generate new empowering ideas.

To help us overcome these challenges, we can turn to expert guidance. According to Mary Morrissey, the author of “Building Your Field Of Dreams,” there are four areas where we usually create results or experience improvements:

  1. Our health and well-being
  2. Relationships
  3. Career
  4. Time and money freedom

Let us discover how you can assess and improve these areas of your life.

An alternative is to consider all seven areas of your life: your health, finances, career, relationships, spirituality, contribution and fun time.

Rating each area on a scale of 1 to 10 helps you assess whether you have poor or excellent results in each area, with 1 being poor and 10 being excellent. For example, if your result related to your career is 3/10, it is an area of your life you need to start working on improving.

  • In the areas where you experience poor results, what would you love for these areas to be 10/10?

Another process is to focus on the most challenging area of your life. For instance, let us take your health. If your result in that area is 3/10, what would make it a 10? In other words, what are the small and significant improvements you need to make each day to improve your health and shift from 3/10 to 10/10? It is the significant daily improvements that will make a difference.

  • Regarding your health, the small and significant improvements could be looking at improving your diet, observing how your body responds to certain foods, balancing your energy, allowing some quality rest time, checking your level of fitness, and seeking the help of a personal trainer to improve your flexibility, strength and fitness. Taking the stairs instead of the escalator, cycling or walking instead of driving your car all the time, etc.

Now that you have a specific area of your life you desire to improve, let us do a future pace visioning exercise.

  • Let us say that your dream is to improve your health because it is a challenging area.
  • Imagine a future version of yourself projecting into the future, one year from now, who has already accomplished your ideal state of health.
    • What do you see?
    • How do you feel?
  • Ask your future self: “What did I do to get healthy?”

Living your ideal life by improving the quality of your life is a choice. Living this way means not sticking to the status quo and being willing to do whatever it takes to make your dreams come true. There is no quick fix. With determination and perseverance, you can achieve your goals.

Wayne Dyer said that many individuals die with their music still in them. The main reason is that they have not acted on their dreams. If you have given up on your dreams, it is ok to start again. Make a fresh start and fulfil your ideal life!
