Matt Mann, known online aa 'Jiu Jitsu Is Much More Than You Think' is a Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt under Danny MacMillan Jr in Plymouth, UK. He is a Jiu Jitsu Coach, Former Police Officer and Proud Father of 3. Matt is a huge advocate for Jiu Jitsu for Self-Defence and Mental Health, both he has experienced personally.
Matt set up his social media accounts to document and journal his first steps into Jiu Jitsu right through until the day he can no longer study the art. Through this platform, he is also able to raise awareness and support for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), a condition that effects his young son.
